If your Paxels seems to be running a bit “choppy” (with the signal freezing), here’s some tips to have it flow like water from a tap.

  1. 1. Close Some Applications – Having other media players running at the same time (such as Youtube or Windows Media Player) might impede on the performance.  Close them down, as you should only be watching Paxels anyhow!
  2. 2. Refresh the Page – If the viewer notes that it is “currently unable to get a connection”, simply refresh your page
  3. 3. Are You Running Low on Virtual Memory? – You might need to clear your computer’s cashe and history to have it run without a hitch
  4. 4. Slow Internet Service? – If you are on a “light” or “Dial up” service, contact your internet service provider to ask them for solutions on watching streaming video.

You might see the occasional screen freeze, however, don’t panic.  It might be your system just catching up.

Unlike streaming video in the past, Paxels provides you with high quality picture and sound.  Unlike the early days of the internet with content constantly rebuffering, you should be able to click onto Paxels, watch and enjoy!
